Ingredients

1 lb hamburger
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
1 cup ricotta/cottage cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup romano/parmesan cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 lb mozerella cheese; (4 cups)

Preparation

Beat eggs lightly, add beef uncooked, add ricotta/cottage cheese and ½ cup parmesan cheese, add spices, mix all together well.

Spread 1/3 jar sauce on bottom of pan, place 3 noodles on top of sauce, spread ½ beef mix on top of noodle, sprinkle ¼ c of parmesan cheese and ½ mozzarella cheese, repeat.

End with 1/3 sauce on top

Cover with plastic wrap

Cook on high 8 minute in microwave

Cook on medium 30-35 minutes

Rotate once during cooking

Let stand 15-20 minutes before serving
