Original recipe makes 8
1 egg
0.75 cupFlour
1 pkginstant vanilla pudding; (3 1/2 oz.)
0.25 cupCrisco oil; 0.25 cups + 1 tblsp
3 tbspbutter; softened
1 29-oz cansliced peaches; (reserve 3 tbsp juice)
1 8-oz pkgcream cheese; softened
0.5 cupSugar
1 tblspSugar
0.5 tspCinnamon

Peaches and Cream Pie Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine egg, flour, pudding, oil, and butter.

Mix well.

Spread out into a crust in 9" pie dish.

Drain peaches (reserving 3 tblsp. juice)

Arrange peaches on crust.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, reserved peach juice.

Mix well.

Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches in pie dish.

Mix sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle on top.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Refrigerate several hours before serving.
