Peri Peri Bacon Chicken Livers
Peri Peri Bacon Chicken Livers Preparation
Wrap Cut Chicken Livers and a cherrie in a strip of bacon,
and secure with a tooth pick.
Prepare sauce by mixing all the ingridients together,
for a thicker sauce, add some flour or Mezzina.
Lightly fry bacon rolls, until slightly brown in olive oil.
Pour sauce over rolls and let it simmer for 10-15 mintues,
until chicken livers are fully cooked.
Turn rolls every 3 mintues.
Remove from heat, and remove toothpicks.
Serve hot on a bed of cream fried wild rice.
