1/2 packagePepperidge Farm Stuffing
6 Chicken breast; boneless, skinless
2 boxesBroccoli; frozen
3 tablespoonButter; melted
Sauce
1 12-oz canCream of Chicken Soup
1 can (12 oz)Cream of mushroom soup
17/23 teaspoonCurry powder
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupmilk
1 teaspoonLemon juice
1/2 cupCheddar; shredded

Auntie Sheila's Chicken Divine Preparation

Boil the chicken and then tear into bite size pieces. Place the brocolli on the bottom of the pan. Place the chicken on top. Combine all the sauce ingredients EXCEPT THE CHEESE in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Spoon sauce over the chicken and brocolli. Spread the stuffing mix over the sauce and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 325? for 45 minutes.
