1 10.75-oz canCampbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroo
1 cupwater
3/4 cupuncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 tsp.Paprika
1/4 tsp.Black Pepper; ground
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

One-dish Chicken & Rice Bake Preparation

Directions:

MIX soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.

BAKE at 375F. for 45 min. or until done.

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 45 minutes

It was easy to make, but a little disappointing. I will consider preparing it again with a few variations and prepare the rice separately.

So easy and delicious! I threw it in my crockpot on high for 4 hours. Also used brown rice and threw in some mixed veggies toward the end.
