Original recipe makes 4
1 19-oz canchickpeas; (560ml)
1 14-oz canartichoke hearts; drained and coarsely chopped (410ml)
3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil; plus some for drizzling (50ml)
3 tablespoonstahini; (50ml)
2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice; or to taste (30ml)
2 tablespoonscold water; (30 to 50ml)
3 tablespoonsstore bought or home made pesto
2 tablespoonsground cumin; (10ml)
*salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Artichoke Pesto Hummus Preparation

Drain the chickpeas, rinse them well with cold water, and drain well again. Place the chickpeas and remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl, cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve. When ready to serve, drizzle the top of the hummus with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve

*best served with warm wedges of pita bread, crisp, raw vegetables.

There appears to be a problem with importing this recipie into the BigOven program. It only imports a recipie I already have, not this one.
