Easy slow cooker recipe for artichoke lovers

"The ingredients are not complete. The instruction say to add paprika and soup which are not listed. I am unsure what soup if any. I made this without soup but I did add so paprika. Overall, the dish was ok. I will make it again but add more seasoning because it was too bland."

1/4 cupFlour
3 tblspoonsParmesan cheese
1 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonPepper; Coarsely Ground
2 tblspoonsolive oil
1 1/2 cupsRice
1/4 cupRed bell pepper; chopped
4 Green onions; chopped
4 ouncesMushrooms; sliced
1 1/2 cupsChicken broth
1 12-oz canArtichokes; quartered & drained
1 12-oz canCream of Celery soup
1 tsp.paprika

Artichoke Chicken and Rice For Crock Pot Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture then brown in the hot oil. Transfer chicken to the slow cooker. In the hot skillet, saute bell pepper, green onions, and mushrooms for about 2 minutes; add chicken broth and soup, stirring to combine thoroughly; pour over chicken. Stir in rice and artichokes; cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on low.

Serves 6.

I would make again, but would not cook with the rice. It soaked up all the liquid and made it dry. The flavor was good though.
