This is a great family or Holiday dish.
"Made this twice...first time used only two cans of soup...and the second time I used three...it was too salty...definitely sticking with two cans of soup next time....any how it's still a great recipe ....also it is soo easy and fast to make...a huge plus for that

Brown beef in skillet with onions. Drain grease and season with garlic and pepper. In a seperate bowl mix all the soup together. Then layer in a 9X13 dish starting with frozen tater tots, then layer ground beef, soup and cheese and keep alternating until the dish is almost full, topping last with some of the cheese. Cover4 with foil and bake at 350* for about an hour, then uncover dish and cook until browned about 15 minutes.

AshleyYvonne 10 months agoExcellent!!!! Used just 2 cans of soup.. 1 cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of celery. Mixed in some milk so it wasn't too salty. Seasoned my meat really good with finely chopped onions and green bell pepper. My 2 year old loved it!!!! :)

Kyotma 1 year agoI loved it but I only put in a can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of celery and I thought it was much better then adding the cream of chicken.

Cookin4younme 1 year agoMade this again for myself. It's too salty! I'd recommend at least one can of soup be low sodium. I again omitted the beef, and substituted cheese soup in place of the celery, very creamy and cheesy! Definite comfort food.
