Original recipe makes 8
CASSEROLE:
3 canssweet potatoes; drained/mashed
1/2 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1/4 cupmilk
1 tbspvanilla
1/2 cupbutter; (softened)
1 cupcoconut
TOPPING:
2 cupspecans; chopped
2 cupbrown sugar
1 cupbutter; (softened)
1 cupall purpose flour

Sweet Potatoe Casserole Preparation

Mix together casserole ingredients and put in a 9X13 inch dish spreading evenly.

Then mix together topping ingredients and spread evenly over casserole mixture. Bake at 350* for about an hour or until entire casserole is bubbling. Remove and serve.
