| 4 chicken breasts; (Cooked and cubed) , (up to 6) | |
| 1 canmushroom soup | |
| 1 cancream of chicken soup | |
| 1 cangreen chili Ortega salsa | |
| 1 canmilk | |
| 1 onion; chopped | |
| 1" strips | |
| 1 lbCheddar Cheese; grated |
Chicken Casserole Preparation
Butter 9 x 13 casserole pan. Layer tortilla strips. Place cubed chicken on top of each layer. Mix soups, milk, salsa, and onion. Blend well. Pour soup mixture over it, and top with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before baking. Uncover casserole and cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
