This cake is so easy and delicious!!!! I had my doubts with the instructions but it turned out great and I have to say I could not stop eating it! I used cherry pie filling and yellow cake mix and followed the directions exactly from that point. It's dangerous it's so good! I'm going to try with blueberry and pineapple next.

I use one can of apple pie filling and one small can of pineapple with the cake mix over the top. My gma makes it with cherries and apples.

Very sweet and tasty. My husband is not a big sweets person but enjoyed this. I used strawberry filling and french vanilla cake mix. Yummy! I think I will try it with crushed pineapple next.

This was a hit at work but I modified it a bit - 1 can cherry filling, 1 can undrained crushed pineapple, white cake mix, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts - in that order. It was easy and garnered numerous compliments.

I made it tonight with cherry pie filling and yellow cake mix, you can for sure taste the butter but it was very good!

I use spice cake mix a lot. It's got cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg - goes well with pumpkin and apple. Thank you for directions. Ive not branched out on my own yet (made up my own) and that's not like me! Lol. So I was looking around comparing basic instructions. Ty! I am on an iPhone and have played RPGs games on here for years. The post below is from a child. A bored, spoiled, ignored child. Hand I bet his Mom has no idea hero title angel has done that! Lol I see that sort of stuff and much worse in games and 99% of the time it's a Boy, teen or pre-teen, without his license, has no extracurricular activities, and he's bored. I loved this dump cake! I sprinkled a bit of cinnamon and sugar on top of the apple pie filling. The negative poster below is crazy or must not be able to follow very simple directions.
