Thai Basil Chicken with Broccoli

Delicious!

"This is a terrific recipe, typically light Thai cuisine. I used broccoli, sliced sugar snap peas and sliced bell peppers, and served it over Thai rice noodles. It's important to use lots of basil, chop it fairly coarsly, and to not let it wilt too much - it shouldn't look like steamed spinach, but should still have some of its light green color when you serve it. Wonderful!" - billmc44
