1 spices or herbs; optional

Homemade Croutons Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. mix fresh or dried herbs and spices with 1/4 cup olive oil and brush flavored oil on both sides of bread slices. Stack slices then cut into any size cubes. spread cubes on baking sheet. bake until dry, time varies by size of cubes (ave. 45 min). cool completely, use w/i 1 week or freeze for 6months
