This is a recipe that can quickly be made out of ingredients you might find in a 'harvest box'. Kids like it too!
In a saucepan, heat Coconut Oil, add chopped onions, cook until glazed, about 3 minutes. Add the Turnip and Apple and cook for about 1 minute. Add 1 Tbs of the spice mixture. Stir. Add water until all ingredients are covered. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. In a food processor or blending device, blend until soup-like consistency.
Salt and Pepper to taste
