Broiled Steaks with Herb-cheese Potatoes

Original recipe makes 2
2 Beef top sirloin steaks
4 Red potatoes
1 teaspooncrushed dried basil
1 tbsGrated Parmesan cheese

Broiled Steaks with Herb-cheese Potatoes Preparation

1. Place frozen steaks on one side of broiler pan; place potatoes on the other

2. Combine oil, basil and pepper. Brush on potatoes. Broil meat and potatoes 5 to 5 inces from heat until steaks are cooked to your likelness and potatoes are tender. 17 to 22 minutes, turning steaks once.

3. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Season with salt, if desired.
