Original recipe makes 4
| 1 1/2 cupsFresh Blueberries |
| 1 16-oz boxLemon or Pineapple cake mix |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 4 eachEggs |
Blueberry Bundt Cake Preparation
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over well drained berries. Combine dry cake mix and sour cream. Add whole eggs one at the time while beating at low speed. Beat at medium speed and scrape bowl often. Fold in floured blueberries and pour into a bundt pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook in pan for 15 minutes.
