Easy Chicken Enchiladas Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350
De-bone and shred meat from chicken.
Mix meat, 1/2 of the cheese, and green peppers in bowl.
Place enchilada sauce into pie pan.
Dip tortillas into sauce to coat, add meat and roll up, place into 9x12 pan.
Add enchilada sauce to pan and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly, cool 15 minutes before serving.
