Great Noodle Kugel - has great taste, easy to make. Big hit at Easter and Passover
Boil Noodles per instructions on package. Drain and cool. Melt butter. In bowl mix noodles, melted butter, cottage cheese, sour cream and raisins. Cover and put in frig overnight.
Next Day:
In blender add sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk - blend to combine. Put noodle mix into a buttered 9/13 baking dish. Pour liquid mix over noodles covering all areas. Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Bake in oven at 350 for 1hr 15mns. Should be crispy and brownish (some burnt looking noodles).
Let cool for 15 mins to set before serving.
