Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

This is an easy cheap peanut butter cookie recipe. Only 3 ingredients!! Try it you'll love these rich delicious cookies. Try adding a cup of M&Ms or chocolate chips to change it up.
"Just made these cookies today for my 7 yr old (and the rest of my family who ended up devouring them) and they came out great. We used the exact ingredients that this recipe called for and I was able to make 12 cookies. I ended up baking them for a few min longer (i think it's my oven) and they came out great. Peanut butter cookies are always crumbly and always a little dry (from what I have tasted). Drink them with milk and have a plate handy! I definitely recommend this recipe. Will make again in the near future. "

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Preparation
Preheat Oven to 350. Grease Cookie Sheet
Mix together all ingredients PB, Egg, and Sugar so that all ingredients are evenly disbursed. Roll mixture into half dollar sized balls. Place balls evenly on cookie sheet. Take a fork and press down on to ball and then press again the opposite way to somewhat flatten the ball. ( to get that nice crisscross pattern on the cookie) Place cookies in the oven and bake approximately 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness of cookie. Let cookies cool down mostly before eating them to avoid breakage. This cookies are rich and hearty and everyone will love them.

Very simple. I used 3/4 cup sugar, splash of vanilla, sprinkle of cinnamon, and a 1/2 tablespoon of butter, and they didn't crumble like everyone else stated. Definitely keeping this so simple recipe for future cookies! Thanks for sharing!! :)
