Suggest a better descriptionMix cream cheese, pepper jack ( or Monterey cheese), jalapenos, scallions, and red pepper until blended. Spread cheese mixture evenly over tortillas. Top evenly with smoked salmon. Fold tortillas over. Warm oil in a skillet. Add the tortillas. warm until the tortillas begin to brown. Flip and brown the other side.
For garnish, mix olive oil & lemon juice and whisk. Add chopped ingredients and toss. Cut tortillas into wedges and top with avacado mixture.
remove smoked salmon from refridgerator 1 hour befor use.
