Louis Dressing Preparation
In a bowl ,using a whisk mix all ingredients together till smooth.
This dressing is used in preparation of many,meat,poultry,fish,seafood,pasta and vegetable dishes.It is also the basis for a number of cold sauces.
To make a Louis Dressing:
1 cup of Standard Dressing
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Cognac or brandy
Mix all together and keep refrigerated until service

2 tbsp capers,chopped
