Very simple but delicious!

Everyone loved this dish

Amazing. I do add a little cornstarch, a little cream cheese, some red pepper flakes, and a little shredded cheese. Honestly though, it is still great without it, I just like to make it a little bit my own. :) My husband and I have this once a month.

My husband and friends love this. That being said I doubled the cajun spices as we like it spicy. I used less salt and, while the mushrooms are missing from ungredient list, its no bug deal. Its just as good w/o mushrooms. As with any recipe, I add and change things by "playing"with it, makes it more "my own."

Great recipe. I substituted 1/3 of the heavy cream for cream cheese and added some corn starch to thicken. I also doubled the Cajun spice as others suggested and it came out with a great flavor. I might reduce the salt next time as I think there was enough in the Cajun spice I used. I also added cayenne pepper so it was very spicy which suited our tastes. Very easy and fast for after work.

Made this tonight and my hubby and I loved it, will definitely make it again. I used more Cajun seasoning than it said and it was so good. I love the Cajun pasta at BJ's Brewhouse and this was similar and just as good!
