200 Luxury Plain Chocolate
50 gramsLuxury Milk Chocolate
225 gramsbutter
4 mediumEggs
325 gramsunrefined golden Caster Suger
10 millilitersVanillia essence; divided
200 gramsLuxury white chocolate
150 gramsplain sifted flour
1 pinchsalt

Triple Chocolate Brownies Preparation

1 preheat oven 180 C , 350 F , Gas mark 4

2 Line cake tin 28x18 and 6cm deep with baking paper

3 In a bowl break plainand milk chocolate together and melt with the butter. Allow to cool slightly.

4 In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar and vanillia essence.

5 Roughly chop the white chocolate. Whisk the egg mixture into cooled chocolate mixture , then fold in the flour, salt and white chocolate.

6 Pour mixture into the tin and bake for 35-40 minutes ( Less if fan assisted) untill it top is pale and crisp and center is almost cooked

7 Remove from oven allow to coolin tin on a wire rack then cut into squares.

For a rich chocolate icing bring 125ml of double creamto boil remove from heat add 400g of dark chocolate untill it melts. Allow to cool untill mixture is spreadable (Optional) [I posted this recipe.]
