moneil2008 ,Did everything as directed but they were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. They all stuck to the waffle-maker...I've never had that happen. Bummer!12y

beyette ,I make waffles similar to this all the time!! I use buttermilk instead of milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, and1 tsp of vanilla. This is my the family's fav weekend breakfast!!!12y

thelopez ,A really good waffle recipe. I made 4 batches of it today to tweak it and found that adding 1 cup of sugar to step 2 makes it even better. Top them with home made fruit sauce and it will be a sure hit with the kids12y

damphouse ,Great waffles, nice and light! I was a little worried about not mixing the ingredients enough, as the recipe calls for the mixture to be lumpy before folding in the egg whites. But they came out great, nice and light. The only thing I would do differently next time is add some nutmeg or cinnamon to give it a little more flavor. Everyone in the house loved them, thanks for posting the recipe!!!12y
