Original recipe makes 2
2 teaspoonsChili powder
2 tablespoonsWater
1 1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupRed onion; finely chopped
1/4 cupDill pickle; finely chopped
2 tablespoonsCapers; drained and chopped
2 tablespoonsParsley; finely chopped
2 tablespoonsTarragon; finely chopped
2 tablespoonsChives; chopped
2 tablespoonsLemon juice
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonCayenne pepper

Remoulade Dressing Preparation

* In a small bowl, combine the chili powder with the water and let stand for 15 minutes.

* In a mixing bowl, combine the chili mixture with the mayonaise, red onion, dill pickles, capers, parsley, taragon, chives, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.

* Thoroughly mix all ingredients, use immediately or store covered in a refrigerater for up to one week.
