Original recipe makes 2
| 2 teaspoonsChili powder |
| 2 tablespoonsWater |
| 1 1/2 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/4 cupRed onion; finely chopped |
| 1/4 cupDill pickle; finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsCapers; drained and chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsParsley; finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsTarragon; finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsChives; chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsLemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonCayenne pepper |
Remoulade Dressing Preparation
* In a small bowl, combine the chili powder with the water and let stand for 15 minutes.
* In a mixing bowl, combine the chili mixture with the mayonaise, red onion, dill pickles, capers, parsley, taragon, chives, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
* Thoroughly mix all ingredients, use immediately or store covered in a refrigerater for up to one week.
