briandianecasselmeehan 9 months agoMy family loved. I used 1/3 c of brown sugar and minced 3 cloves of garlic instead of rubbing it with garlic.

Wisconsingirl30 1 year agoI only used the 1/3 cup brown sugar and that was perfect! My family enjoyed it! I'm making it again for dinner this evening!
rattledagger 1 year agoHaven't tasted it yet (gave it 3 stars because I have to rank to post) but I'm presuming the recipe calls for just 1/3 cup of brown sugar and not 1-1/3 cups as it might seem. Could be the reason some users claim it is too sweet...

Annasturge 3 years agoWas very tasty. Should of taken the pork skin for crackling off first but was still excellent and so tender.
