Rub roast with garlic. Brown on all sides in pan with olive oil. Mix brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and cinnamon and rub all over roast. Place in crock pot with 2 cups of water. Cook on low 7-9 hours.

brownbagel 1 year agoHaven't tasted it yet (gave it 3 stars because I have to rank to post) but I'm presuming the recipe calls for just 1/3 cup of brown sugar and not 1-1/3 cups as it might seem. Could be the reason some users claim it is too sweet...

Annasturge 4 years agoWas very tasty. Should of taken the pork skin for crackling off first but was still excellent and so tender.
