Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 packageFlour Tortillas
1 canBlack Beans; Drained
2 cupsCheddar Cheese; Grated
Green Onions; sliced
Salsa
Sour Creme

Black Bean Nachos Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut Flour Tortillas into sections of 8(like a pie)

Lay out Tortillas on a baking stone with points facing inward. Layer Tortillas all around to fill the stone. Bake for about 10 minutes. Take out of oven and add Black Beans and Cheese and Green Onions. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. WAH LAH Done! Slice and eat HEALTHY! Serve with Sour creme and salsa in the middle!

Notes

Just slice like a pie and enjoy!

    WOW This takes no time at all to enjoy a quick, tasty treat. Black Beans are a good source of protein. You can use fat free sour creme and low fat cheese, hot or mild salsa, and you can even add jalopenos. [I posted this recipe.]
