linsy225 ,I added green onions along with extra mushrooms and celery. I used the juice of half a lime and a spoonful of ginger paste bc I needed to use it up. Next time I might cut back a little on the fish sauce. It was excellent! I will definitely be adding this to my favorites.7y

stachanna ,I did not add the recommended amount of sugar and totally omitted the celery. Mainly because I don't like cooked celery. I added 3 spoonfuls of sugar instead and kicked up the heat with more cayenne. This was delicious and super easy. It's definitely going on my roster of soups from now on! Delish.9y
