Ingredients
| 10 ozwarm water |
| 1.5 tablespoonskim milk powder |
| 1.5 tablespoonSugar |
| 1.5 tablespoonCrisco shortening |
| 1 tspSalt |
| 3 cupsbread machine flour (white or whole wheat) |
| 1.5 tspbread machine yeast |
Bread Machine Bread Preparation
Stir water, milk powder, sugar and salt together. Pour into bread machine.
Add Crisco and flour. Lastly add yeast. Choose dough cycle on machine.
Mine takes 1.5 hours. Once beeps, take dough out of machine with greased hands and shape into loaf. Place in loaf pan and let rise until doubled (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour), Bake at 350 until golden brown (about 30 minutes)
