Heat olive oil in skillet over med high heat and add crumbled veggie sausage. Saute, stirring and breaking up until browned. Add flour and continue stirring for a couple of minutes to cook and brown the flour. Add milk gradually, stirring to keep gravy smooth. Add seasonings and serve over a whole wheat bread of choice.

gypsy46 4 years agoThis is truly yummy. Make sure you cook the flour to avoid a raw flour taste. If needed, add a little more olive oil to keep the mixture from being too dry. [I posted this recipe.]
