| 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil |
| 1 packagevegetarian bulk "sausage" such as Gimme Lean |
| 1/4 cwhole wheat flour; (I use pastry flour) |
| 2 csoy milk; (I use "Better Than Milk") |
| 1/8 tsppoultry seasoning |
| 1 teaspoonpepper; fresh ground, or to taste |
| 1/2 teaspoonsea salt; or to taste |
Vegetarian Sausage Gravy Preparation
Heat olive oil in skillet over med high heat and add crumbled veggie sausage. Saute, stirring and breaking up until browned. Add flour and continue stirring for a couple of minutes to cook and brown the flour. Add milk gradually, stirring to keep gravy smooth. Add seasonings and serve over a whole wheat bread of choice.

This is truly yummy. Make sure you cook the flour to avoid a raw flour taste. If needed, add a little more olive oil to keep the mixture from being too dry. [I posted this recipe.]
