Original recipe makes 12
8 largeRed chillies; seeded and chopped
4 clovesGarlic
2 teaspoonsPaprika
1 teaspoonBlack Pepper; ground
1/3 cupLemon juice
1/2 cupolive oil

East African Piri Piri Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Store in fridge in an airtight container. Will keep for about 6 weeks.
