HOT HOT HOT! Piri Piri is a chilli based sauce made all over Africa. This recipe comes from the World Food Cafe 2 recipe book. It keeps well in the fridge - add a little to any meal to add some heat.

| 8 largeRed chillies; seeded and chopped |
| 4 clovesGarlic |
| 2 teaspoonsPaprika |
| 1 teaspoonBlack Pepper; ground |
| 1/3 cupLemon juice |
| 1/2 cupolive oil |
East African Piri Piri Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Store in fridge in an airtight container. Will keep for about 6 weeks.
