Great side dish with chicken! One of my grandkids' favorites!
Cook grits as directed on package. Add milk and margarine to cooked grits. Stir and mix until smooth. Add beaten egg, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Pour mixture into buttered dish. Bake at 350F until firm and brown for about 1 hour.
For 9 x 13 pan, fix 6 recipes.
