Notes Best Ever Pimento Cheese Preparation
*DO NOT use pre-grated cheese. The recipe works better with blocks of cheese that you grate yourself.
Mix cheese, onions and pimentos together. Add enough Hellmann's mayonnaise to bind ingredients together. Enjoy!
