GARDEN MEATLOAF
Recipes » Main Dish » Meatloaf
This Meatloaf is loaded with freshness from the garden. Salsa goes into it. I can my own in the summer and use it in the winter. You can use commercial salsa for this recipe also. It has a great sweet-spicy combination.
"I mad edits to this recipe. I said 2 instead of 1 cup of bread crumbs. Try Panko breadcrumbs. THEY ARE GREAT!" - aphilbeck8Yield: 5 Servings Ready in 1 hours

Notes
I use my salsa the I can from the vegetables in my garden. Commercial salsa will work great for this spicy-sweet combination. You can top it with salsa as well.
