Ready in 3 hours
Just throw it in the crockpot and enjoy. Great for potlucks too!
"I made this for our small group from our church. After I added the package of hash brown I was afraid that it wouldn't be enough. So I cut up about four additional potatoes (very finely) and added it. I also cooked it in the crock pot on low for more like 3.5 hours and stirred it once. The cheese was more mixed in, but it still tasted amazing!"- achelian

lorieichstedt 1 month agoIt was a little sticky for my liking, but tasted very good! I might add some milk or something next time. (Might be because I used the Velveeta type cheese instead of regular shredded cheese.) Will definitely try this again!

kyjaxmom 1 year agoVery cheesy, I grated the onion and used cream of onion soup instead of the cream of mushroom. Turned out great!
rockin68 1 year agoSimple to make. Takes longer than 3 hours though. Next time I will remember to add salt to taste.

JCSM-Mom 1 year agoThese were pretty tasty. It does take longer than the 3 hours. My thinly sliced onions (used mandolin), were not fully cooked however, next time I will caramelize prior to adding to the crock.

Hungry_Cypriot 2 years agoLow setting for 3 hours wasn't enough. Either crank the heat or leave it in longer. Flavour was good though.
