My family really liked this dish but we made some changes (and here are some clarifications):
We had to use gluten free COM soup, it was condensed and we followed the directions on the package, adding equal parts milk. Maybe this is why ours wasn't dry.
We stirred it up after about 2 hours and added a little more cheese (this time mozzarella) to the top.
We added a little garlic powder and a small amount of ground red pepper. If you like spicy I think this would be great if you added jalepenos to it.
Towards the end we cut up some ham and stirred it into the dish.
We used Franks hot sauce as a condiment and it was great!
It was a little sticky for my liking, but tasted very good! I might add some milk or something next time. (Might be because I used the Velveeta type cheese instead of regular shredded cheese.) Will definitely try this again!
