faithdore ,I've always loved this recipe, I tweak it too, by adding honey, flaxseed & other few ingredients. My mum & her church loves this cake. Thanks for making it so simple & easy to follow. Blessings :)10y
jiver06 ,This recipe is great. Made it last night and its perfect. Walnuts and vanilla whipped icing makes it kick up a notch.11y
man1sha ,Greaaaat banana cake! Made it for my school and it was a super hit! Added four tablespoons of milk to the recipe for more moisture. Covered it with white chocolate cream cheese frosting.12y
lrwilson48 ,My family loved it! I made muffins instead. I used bread flour, added golden raisins & a lonely uneaten apple too. They were gone in a day.12y
missndeans ,Gorgeous cake. I added raisins and mixed spice to the mix and sprinkled caster sugar over the top to give it a crunchy glazed topping when it comes out of the oven. Will definitely make again!12y
tiffanys ,Delicious! Just made it (at 11pm!) for school and snacks and had to try some myself and it is very moist and yummy! I had some white choc buttons to use up so I sprinkled them over the top! Yum!13y
blizzardcooks ,Very good! It's a hit in our house. My in-laws were impressed with the banana slices garnish!13y
lainieh ,Excellent moist and tasty recipe. I varied as follows: only cooked 40 mins in bundt pan added golden & regular raisins heated over low heat in orange juice (added some of the drained syrup w small extra dry ingredients to compensate) excellent13y
allanmc ,Moist and tasty. If using a fan assisted oven, put tinfoil over cake for last 10-15 mins to stop it scorching:-)13y
