You will never buy the store brands again, this taste sooooo good, be sure to chill it for at least a few hours, shake before using to mix it up. I also use this to marinade my chicken before grilling, just put in baggy with chicken and let sit for 2-3 hours, or overnight for great flavoring.

"first homemade dressing i've ever made. just made it and tasted a little bit...didn't have the balsamic or red wine vinegar, so i used apple cider vinegar instead, but it still tastes great! and instead of always trying to have the different spices on hand, i now use mccormick's "perfect pinch italian" mixture. can't wait to top my romaine and grilled chicken tonight!" - moomasters

Lisa's Garlic Parmesan Italian Salad Dressing Preparation

Mix all together into a Pruet or glass jar, shake...then i pop it into the magic bullet just for 2 pulses to really get it emulsified, you can use a food processor as well, but don't mix to much....add seasonings to taste.

Great easy-to-make salad dressing. I have all ingredients or easy substitutions on-hand. I did adjust the oil down a slight bit and increased the balsamic slightly. I agree heartily with previous reviewers - FANTASTIC on pasta salad.

This is great and very versatile. Perfect for pasta salad. Would likely make a good chicken maranade.

Good dressing. Made 1/2 recipe. Added dIjon mustard, and left out balsamic(by accident). Measurements of spices are per taste
