Original recipe makes 6
1 1/2 cupscheddar cheese; shredded
2 tablespoonsflour
1 cupmilk
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/2 cupparmesan cheese; grated
9 inchunbaked pie shell
1 dashpepper

Basic, Easy Quiche Preparation

Toss cheddar cheese with flour.

Add milk, eggs, and parmesan cheese and pepper; mix well.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until set.

*You can add whatever you like to the quiche, spinach, broccoli, bacon, ham, onions, mushroom, tomatoes, etc.

    Felt like too ,inch milk so I added twice the amount of egg whites. I also added 1/2 red and green peppers, 1/2 carton of mushrooms and 1/4 of a large zucchini....deeeelish! Timing of recipe was perfect!

    Very good quiche. I added spinach, portobello mushroom slices, onion. About 1/2 tsp of ground pepper. It was really good. I froze some of it in vacuum packs for later (foodsaver).
