| 1 cupAll purpose flour |
| 1 cupCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 3/4 cupPecans; chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPaprika |
| 1/3 cupVegetable oil |
| 3 wholeEggs; beaten |
| 8 ounceSour cream |
| 1/4 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/2 cupChicken bouillon |
| 2 cupsCooked chicken; chopped |
| 1 tablespoonOnion; minced |
| 1/2 cupCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1/2 teaspoonDried dill weed |
| 3 dropsHot pepper sauce |
| 1/2 cupPecan halves |
Chicken Pecan Quiche Preparation
In a large mixing bowl combine flour and next four indgrediants, stir in oil. Set aside 1/4 of the mixture. Press remaining mixture in bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch quiche pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350?.
Combine eggs, sour cream, mayonaise and chicken broth. Stir in chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, onion, dill weed, and hot sauce. Pour into prepared crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over filling; top with pecan halves.
Bake at 325? for 45 minutes.? Serve immediately.
