Oven Baked Zucchini Chips

Oven Baked Zucchini Chips

Ready in 50 minutes

A great way to eat "fried" chips and eat healthy at the same time. Serve these with wings or sliders as a side or as an appetizer as shown.

"We've been getting lots of zucchini from local farms, and I've been searching for tasty things to do with it. This fit the bill perfectly! I was a little worried at first because the breading didn't want to stick very well, but it turned out to be just the right amount of coating after all. A heavier breading would've overpowered the vegetable."

Used ground up Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. Was quite tasty with ranch dressing

These were good but I couldn't get the bread crumbs to stick well with milk. I used egg instead and dipped in flour first.
