Quick and easy. Very flavorful. Adjust the curry paste to your taste, adding more for extra hotness!

this was really good (with coconut milk as suggested). The sauce did not thicken, I hope that it wasn't supposed to? Would like it thicker though. Any suggestions?

:/ Sorry, but butter and cream??? Red currypaste and red pepper? Use (sesame or peanut) oil and (reduced) coconut milk. Yellow (or green) currypaste. Salt with fish sauce. Use 'holy' basil and cilantro to finish. (If you want to call it Thai!) :)

This is the recipe I have been searching for! Next time I fix this, I might just use less cream & use coconut milk in it's place. But thank you so much for posting this!!

I added some shallots, soy sauce, and used coconut milk instead of whipping cream and it was one of the tastiest dishes I've ever eaten!! Thanks!
