Super easy and kid friendly. Tastes and freezes great!!!
Cook sausage over medium-high heat until meat is browned, about 4-5minutes. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add cottage cheese+egg mixture, mint, oregano, mozzarella. Mix and place in gallon-size ziploc bag. Cut off corner of ziploc bag, for easier stuffing into manicotti shells.Stuff into shells. Freezes great at this point!!! When ready to serve, pour water all around sides of pan, spread spaghetti sauce over top, and sprinkle mozzarella. Cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 45min+. Should be bubbling and browning on top.
