Original recipe makes 8
| 3 Graham crackers; crushed |
| 1/2 cupSugar |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonButter |
| 1 2.5-oz boxCream cheese |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonFlour |
| 1/2 tablespoonVanilla |
| 1/2 cupSour cream |
| 2 Egg |
| 1/2 12-oz canCherry pie filling |
Cherry Cheesecake for a new springload pan! Preparation
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tblsp sugar (not a part of the 1/2 cup) and butter. In a cheesecake springload pan, pour in the mixture and press down in the bottom.
Bake 325F for 10 min.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until blended. Add sour cream. Add eggs, one at a time and mix on low until blended. Pour over the crust.
Bake 325F for 45min. Cool completely and chill 4 hours. Just before serving add cherry pie filling to the top.
