Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tblsp sugar (not a part of the 1/2 cup) and butter. In a cheesecake springload pan, pour in the mixture and press down in the bottom.
Bake 325F for 10 min.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until blended. Add sour cream. Add eggs, one at a time and mix on low until blended. Pour over the crust.
Bake 325F for 45min. Cool completely and chill 4 hours. Just before serving add cherry pie filling to the top.

Adamlev 3 years agoI followed this recipie and it was absolutely awful. Cheesecake should never be cooked and that's why it is an awful recipie. I wouldn't advise anyone to cook it. It's horrible!!
