Ambie's Shrimp & Artichoke Alfredo

Ambie's Shrimp & Artichoke Alfredo

Ready in 25 minutes

A creamy Alfredo sauce filled with shrimp, artichokes, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes.

"Absolutely delish!!! I added 6 oz fresh spinach right before it was done which made it even better. This is similar to a dish from one of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans. It was was made using chicken instead of shrimp and goat cheese instead if parmesan. Add some pine nuts and don't forget the spinach. And if you've never tried goat cheese...don't be scared . I promise u won't be disappointed!"

Absolutely wonderful!! used angel hair pasta and lots of garlic. At the end i put a spoonful of flour to thicken the sauce just a little.Pair this with a nice glass of moscato and you have a cheaper version of olive garden.

Came out delicious. Made it for dinner on Valentine's Day. We don't like sundried tomatoes but I replaced it with red bell peppers and my girlfriend loved it!

I changed a lot because I really wanted to make artchokes but I was missing other items....turned out great as a vegetarian dish with asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, parm and milk over tortellini. Even with no cream, it was delicious! Can't wait to make it correctly one day.
