Original recipe makes 20
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2 cupMayo
1/2 cupParmesan; grated
1/2 cupMozzarella; grated or cubed
1 tspgarlic
1 10-oz packagefrozen spinach; thawed and squeezed
14 ozartichoke hearts; chopped

Spinach & Artichoke Dip Preparation

Combine all ingredients in shallow casserole dish. You can either bake dip about 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees or heat in microwave a few minutes. (I've never done the microwave.) Serve hot with tortilla

chips or crackers.
