| 1/2 cupsour cream |
| 1/2 cupMayo |
| 1/2 cupParmesan; grated |
| 1/2 cupMozzarella; grated or cubed |
| 1 tspgarlic |
| 1 10-oz packagefrozen spinach; thawed and squeezed |
| 14 ozartichoke hearts; chopped |
Spinach & Artichoke Dip Preparation
Combine all ingredients in shallow casserole dish. You can either bake dip about 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees or heat in microwave a few minutes. (I've never done the microwave.) Serve hot with tortilla
chips or crackers.
