A wonderful Warm version of Sausage,Biscuits and gravy in a pie form.
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until meat is no longer pink;
While sausage is cooking heat up instant gravy or homemade gravy accourding to directions.
Whisk up the two eggs
Mix Biscuit mix with the milk and eggs till clumpy.
Drain meat
Transfer to a 9-in. pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour Gravy over meat
Top with Biscuit mix
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
