Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1 packagebaby spinach; prewashed
1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
2 clovesGarlic; minced
0.25 cuppine nuts; toasted
1 Salt to taste

Sauteed Spinach Preparation

In a small skillet, toast pine nuts until slightly browned. Set aside.

In a large skilled, heat olive oil. Add garlic, and saute until tender, but not browned.

Add spinach, and saute until wilted. Do not overcook.

Add pine nuts and salt if needed. Serve immediately.
