Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, ginger and pepper.
Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the soy maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, rotating several times for even coating.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes.

forsiempre 9 months agoVery quick and easy. I used honey instead of maple syrup and garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and it turned out great! Much better than store bought teriyaki sauce. will definitely make again.

aphilbeck8 1 year agoI made this last night. It was so good with the real maple syrup. My husband loved it. Served it with brussel sprouts in a light butter sauce, and corn on the cob. Very GOOD. Will make again.
