| 1 lbAngus or lean ground beef |
| 2 Eggs |
| 3 tablespoonsspicy bbq sauce; plus more for buns |
| 2 teaspoonshorseradish; prepared |
| 1 packLipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix |
| 1 teaspoonSeasoned Salt |
| 1 teaspoonBlack Pepper |
| 4 slicesPepperjack Cheese |
| 1 jarJalepeno Peppers; (optional) , sliced |
Spicy BBQ Burger Preparation
Combine beef, eggs, bbq sauce, horseradish, and soup mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix together well and refriderate for 30 minutes to 12 hours. Divide the mixture in to 4 parts and mold them into 4 half inch burgers. Prepare the barbeque (medium-high heat) and cook burgers to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Top with pepperjack cheese and jalepenos. Spread remaining bbq sauce on buns and serve with you favorite fixings.
